Jonathan Smith
Jonathan entered the insurance business in 1997, working exclusively in the brokerage marketplace, specializing in disability insurance. Jonathan’s technical knowledge and experience is showcased by his induction to the highly specialized disability organization known as the Plus Group, as an Associate Partner, in 2001. Jonathan left the Plus Group in 2006 to launch a “state of the art” disability resource center for agents and brokers strictly within Capitas.
Jonathan’s top priority is to provide a full range of services to the producer and their clients that cannot be matched in the industry. As a member, Jonathan sets up, trains and works with independent agents, brokers, and financial planners in national accounts.
His experience lends to our ability to not only solve the simplest individual disability need, but also design complex case solutions for use in the corporate market.
